If i were to write a modern day Christmas Carol it would in a rural area or a country where only lower class people are living but only one rich man as scrooge lives. He would not have a partner nor a clerk but his wife and kids. One thing he should also hate is also Christmas. He would not take care of his wife and children.                                                                                                                                                                            He would be an important man in the community but not resourceful man.He wont learn learn his lesson from any Ghost.He would later be killed by his children and wife.But will not die, only coma and spent months in heaven and hell,accompanied by three Ghost, they will show him the difference of being good and bad, who go to heaven and hell,and later learn how to be good,those those time he is still in hospital his children would have share all of his properties and when he woke up from come to see nothing. He would woke up days before Christmas and later reconcile with his children and came back as one family on Christmas day

There is poverty around the world most especially during Dickens times when you have suffer for being poor by working in a warehouse,all fingers are not equal,the fact that that you are rich does not mean you are perfect.A rich man going to heaven is like a camel passing through the tiny hole for thread,no one wish to be poor and those who are poor it is not their passion,sometimes might be the cause of their hand or destiny that make them poor.                                                                                                                                                           Money is black,it is not all that matters about money, the best thing to have among family is Love and Happiness.Around the world today there are many issue around poverty today,people think if you are poor you are nothing.There are several issues related to poverty like illness,hunger and thirst for instance;not having water means you are poor and also you are poor if you cannot afford a water.There are many crimes associated with poverty like stealing, a person with no money wont hesitate to kill another person because of money.It even leads to child ignorant, a boy/girl born in poverty wont have human feeling because of the way they are would have do many dirty things to eat, they  were born into it and they cant know it is wrong.Adult often become prone and violent towards the children.children born in poverty suffer physical and emotional scar.                                                                                                                                                                              millions of people live in poverty some were thrown into poverty by illness or unemployment, a disproportionate number of children live in poverty.Not having money is not the only poverty even loneliness and feeling being unwanted is a terrible poverty”There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humour ” nowadays there many causes of poverty like,changing trend in a country economy,lack of education, etc…

Ghost of Christmas present appears to scrooge as a “jolly giant” with a dark brown.He wears a fur-lined green robe on his head a holly wreath with shining icicles.He carries a larger torch made to resemble a cornucopia,and appeared accompanied by a great feast.He also bears a scabbard with no sword in it which represent peace on Earth and good will to men.GHOST of Christmas present wants to show Scrooge of what is presently happening.And also merry with Scrooge, the GHOST convince Scrooge a lot. For example,the GHOST share a vision of Tiny Tim`s crutch carefully preserved by the fire place.Scrooge desperately Is ill Tiny Tim going to die, the GHOST first states that”if these shadow remain unaltered by the future the boy will die”the ghost with haste replied again “He did rather be dead to decrease the surplus population.There is an irony in that sentence the Ghost did not actually meant what it said, it said it for the miser to know how it sound in his ears.Immediately he feels guilty.The Ghost changes Scrooge`s life in many ways he was taken to many places by the ghost he was tormented and was changed.His change attitude must have impress the reader of the novel.                                                                                                                                                         There is a lot of things made up, but the novel seems to be real,there is a lot of quotes in the book.Ironic, quotes Metaphoric expression, is used to bring out expression of what the Ghost is meant to do for scrooge.

Scrooge is a cold- hearted miser who despises CHRISTMAS.He love to be hated by everyone around him,also he hates people since his old friend JACOB is dead he has no friend.His nephew is poor,he did not help him,he either make fun of Him.DICKENS. describe Him Thus:”THE COLD WITHIN HIM FROZE HIS OLD FEATURE,NIPPED HIS POINTED NOSE,MAKE HIS EYES RED,HIS THIN LIPS BLUE AND SPOKE OUT SHREWDLY IN HIS GRATING VOICE”.Scrooge was a man with no mercy….”They did rather die to decrease the surplus population”,                                                                                                                                                          “BA!…..HUMBUG!”,the reader learn how much about the personality of scrooge,who does not stop working after his partner Marley died many,many years ago.nor does he bother to paint over Marley`s name;indifferent to his absence,Scrooge even answer to his name if a client should him “Marley”.Dickens describe him as a tight-fisted hand at the grindstone,Scrooge A squeezing,wrenching,gasping clutching,covetous,old sinner!Hard and sharp as flint from which no steel has ever struct out generous fire;secret,and self contained,and solitary as an oyster.A frosty rime was on his head and his eyebrow,and his wiry chin.He carry his own low temperature around with him.Srooge character gives impact on the reader that they know the kind of person scrooge was,it gives the impression that everyone knows that scrooge is coming even a blind dog knows the approaching of Scrooge.No child dare to ask what it is from scrooge they were scared of him.Scrooge attitude makes readers aware of their personal attitudes and present a way to change for better.
